Senior Problem Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Full Time Permanent

Job Summary
The Sr. Problem Management Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth root cause analysis and developing solutions for complex problems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis for complex and high-impact problems
  • Develop and implement problem prevention strategies
  • Analyze incident trends to identify potential problems
  • Mentor junior problem management analysts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes
  • Collaborate with other ITSM teams to address systemic issues

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT problem management
  • ITIL certification (at least Foundation level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$106.00 and CA$85,000
