Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid)

About the Project:
Our client is embarking on a large-scale Cloud Transformation initiative focused on migrating from on-premise data centers to AWS and Azure environments. This multi-year program will modernize their infrastructure and fully decommission existing data centers.
They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead key migration streams, drive documentation, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution across complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects from on-premise to AWS and Azure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and risk registers.
- Partner with technical teams to validate project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate risks early, ensuring clear mitigation plans are in place.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams and align with the PMO on priorities and reporting.
- Support the decommissioning of legacy data centers as part of the transformation program.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and leadership, translating technical details into actionable updates.
- Provide program-level visibility into project status, dependencies, and milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in infrastructure or cloud transformation projects.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — able to challenge assumptions and validate estimates.
- Proven experience leading data center migrations or similar large-scale modernization initiatives.
- Strong documentation, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Experience working within structured PMO environments.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Confident decision-maker with a balanced mix of technical and project management acumen.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$110.00
