Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Digital Program

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 13 Months
 

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for the Digital Program. 
  • Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation. 
  • Define and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, governance routines, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting. 
  • Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and PMO stakeholders. 
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Digital Program objectives and enterprise delivery standards. 
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams. 
  • Maintain delivery discipline. 
  • Manage interdependencies. 
  • Track progress and risks. 
  • Support governance and decision-making. 
  • Help ensure the program achieves its approved business outcomes. 

Expected Deliverables

  • Integrated project plan, milestones, roadmap, and workback schedule
  • Weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • RAID log for risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and escalations
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications plan
  • Governance meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Resource, budget, vendor, and dependency tracking updates
  • Implementation readiness, transition, and project closeout documentation

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$90.00
