Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Digital Program
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 13 Months
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for the Digital Program.
- Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Define and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, governance routines, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and PMO stakeholders.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Digital Program objectives and enterprise delivery standards.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Maintain delivery discipline.
- Manage interdependencies.
- Track progress and risks.
- Support governance and decision-making.
- Help ensure the program achieves its approved business outcomes.
Expected Deliverables
- Integrated project plan, milestones, roadmap, and workback schedule
- Weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- RAID log for risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and escalations
- Stakeholder engagement and communications plan
- Governance meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Resource, budget, vendor, and dependency tracking updates
- Implementation readiness, transition, and project closeout documentation
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$90.00
