Senior Salesforce Developer
This Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing salesforce (CRM) application for a subset of inspections/investigation services for our client in the public sector related to public health and safety; Rabies, Food Safety, Personal Service Settings.
Including:
• Developing and Deploying Salesforce (CRM) Application, Modules and Components
• Participating in Stand-ups with the Product Owners
• Bug Fixing
• Onboarding other development resources
• Documenting Deployment Activities
• Co-ordinating Environment setup and configurations
Assignment Duties
Deliverables:
– Responsible for the design and configuration of Salesforce for a subset of inspections that this Client’s division conducts.
– Configuration of Salesforce to allow for full lifecycle processes (including intake through to completion of inspection report) including CRM module configuration, data migration, mobile field work enablement, generation of letters/documents for mailout/communication, provide data for posting of inspection results to Client specific sites
– Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
Qualifications
• A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations.
• Extensive (over 5 years) project management experience delivering cyber projects.
• Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods associated tools.
• Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies.
• Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel
• Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder (Active status)
• 5+ years’ experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi , Kafka, RapidMQ with understanding of integration patterns.
• 5+ years’ experience in using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura component, Flows
• 5+ years’ experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein)
• 5+ years’ experience in building salesforce native/hybrid mobile app and integrating with salesforce CRM
• Ability to work in transformative programs.
• Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
• Strong in process management and controls to minimize risks exposure
• Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients
• Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and vendors.
• Demonstrated superior project management skills and stakeholders management.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
Deliverables
Development milestones will be communicated by supervisor alongside a full onboarding of the project scope.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$90.00
