Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Winnipeg or Toronto (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
- Implement and support capabilities across:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications.
- Support CMDB governance and discovery-related integrations.
- Configure and support SPM – Project Management and Resource Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and IntegrationHub.
- Support platform upgrades and release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to development standards.
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including:
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Portfolio Planning
- Experience with CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CSDM.
- Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Experience with integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$85.00 and CA$95.00
