Job Title: Senior Solution Analyst (Technical Integration)
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 8 Months
Overview
Our Client is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst to support integration, document migration, and claims-related initiatives within Project.
This is a highly technical analyst role focused on requirements gathering, solution design, integration specifications, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will be capable of working directly with developers and architects to define technical requirements and enterprise integration solutions.
This is not a traditional testing-focused Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Create solution specifications and integration documentation.
- Work directly with developers to clarify and refine requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
- Analyze integration workflows and identify solution options.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
- Ensure requirements are documented clearly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former software developer who transitioned into analysis.
- MuleSoft experience.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
- PeopleSoft experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance experience.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted productivity tools.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$100.00
