Description:
The Systems Engineer III, will play a pivotal role in supporting public safety agencies globally. As part of the Video and Software Services (VSS) Field Support team within our client’s space, you will be instrumental in delivering on maintenance agreements, coordinating with local service providers, managing customer relationships, and leading emergency service efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver on maintenance agreements with a commitment to excellence.
* Coordinate seamlessly with local service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Lead emergency service efforts with precision and urgency.
* Provide technical support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/UNIX systems.
* Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues to ensure network stability and performance.
* Utilize VMware virtualization for efficient system management and deployment.
Must haves:
* 5 years + in System Engineering
* Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory.
* Experience with Linux/UNIX support.
* Strong skills in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
* Expertise in VMware virtualization.
Interview Process:
2x 1hour interviews (1 – HM, 2 – Team Panel)
Training:
Training in Chicago, IL – 1 week – expenses paid

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$70.00
