Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Description:
Our client’s customers develop very interesting and challenging full custom ASICs across a wide range of application spaces. We specialize in creating test solutions for devices with esoteric features not completely served by traditional approaches. Services include Test Solution Development; Validation, Characterization, Supply, and Yield Engineering; Test Oriented IC Design; and Specialized Production Test.
The Senior Technical Project Manager facilitates success of the Customer’s ASIC and the clients deliverables by acting as a technical interface between Customer team members and our clients project team members:
- Gather and feed back design related information
- Manage commercial aspects of the project
- Map customer schedule and priorities onto specific project activity and deliverables
- Coordinate contributions from our clients infrastructure-oriented specialists
In addition, the successful candidate has corporate responsibilities including:
- Account Management for existing Customers
- Identify and develop new opportunities with existing Customers
- Provide and/or coordinate Technical Expertise to the Sales Team for assessment of opportunities and making technical proposals for potential new Customers
- Assist with ongoing definition and refinement of the company core capability
- Overall Corporate Profitability
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics
– 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Integrated Circuit Design
– Proven experience in a role involving direct customer interaction
