Job Title: Solution Analyst (AWS Genesis)

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 3 Months
 

Our client is seeking a Solution Analyst to support a high-profile AI and Voice Services initiative focused on integrating AI-powered workflows and cloud-based technologies into its voice and customer service ecosystem.
Working alongside Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing workflows, documenting solutions, and supporting the delivery of AI-enabled capabilities.
This role is ideal for a Solution Analyst who combines strong business analysis fundamentals with a solid understanding of AI, cloud technologies, integrations, and enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support AI and cloud-based solution initiatives through requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Identify integration requirements and dependencies across systems and platforms.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements, user stories, and delivered functionality.
  • Support testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring delivered solutions align with business expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Solution Analysis, Business Analysis, or related experience.
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience creating user stories, process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application, integration, or technology initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, or emerging digital platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$77.00 and CA$88.00
