Technology Specialist 2 / Spécialiste en technologie 2

  • Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de soutien aux ventes.
  • Vous ferez partie d’une équipe technique d’avant-vente chargée de traiter les ajouts et les modifications des clients existants et de soutenir les nouvelles opportunités de vente.
  • Vous travaillerez avec une équipe de professionnels techniques qui vous guideront dans le processus de sélection des produits.
  • Participer au processus de définition des besoins des clients pour les projets de communications unifiées et de réseaux locaux.
  • Préparer des propositions conformément aux directives du client, lancer des commandes dans le système interne de l’entreprise et assurer le suivi nécessaire.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires du client dans l’écosystème des communications unifiées, du WLAN et des services LAN (CISCO, Aruba Komutel, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Travailler avec l’outil CISCO Commerce Workplace (CCW) Travailler avec les systèmes internes du client.
  • Travailler simultanément sur divers projets selon les directives de la direction.
  • Votre connaissance des communications unifiées (LAN, WIFI, voix IP) et vos compétences commerciales seront un atout important.

  • You will be part of the sales support team.
  • You will work as part of a pre-sales technical team to process existing customer additions and changes and support new sales opportunities.
  • You will work with a team of technical professionals who will guide you through the product selection process.
  • Participate in the customer requirements process for Unified Communications and LAN projects.
  • Prepare proposals according to client guidelines, initiate orders in the company’s internal system and follow up as needed.
  • Work in conjunction with client’ partners in the Unified Communications, WLAN and LAN services ecosystem (CISCO, Aruba Komutel, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Work with the CISCO Commerce Workplace (CCW) tool Work with client internal systems.
  • Work simultaneously on various projects as directed by management
  • Your knowledge of Unified Communications (LAN, WIFI, IP voice) and your business skills will be an important asset.
