Job Title: Sr. ERP Analyst – JD Edwards
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Sub-Process Owner to lead the optimization, governance, and expansion of JD Edwards within the organization. This role will act as the functional owner for JDE manufacturing and production planning processes, driving system enhancements, defining best practices, and ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to its maximum capability.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on JDE experience, has led full-cycle implementations, and has owned end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the Sub-Process Owner for JD Edwards, specifically supporting manufacturing and production planning functions.

Develop and maintain a JD Edwards enhancement roadmap, identifying opportunities to expand system capabilities and improve business outcomes.

Design, document, and implement best practices, transaction workflows, and standardized system processes across the organization.

Lead end-to-end process ownership, ensuring JDE is used consistently and effectively by business users.

Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to align JDE functionality with operational needs.

Support full-cycle JDE implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Drive user training, adoption, and compliance with established JDE standards and processes.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend system or process improvements.

Serve as a subject matter expert for JD Edwards manufacturing and production planning modules.
Must Have Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards, including full-cycle implementations.

Proven experience acting as a process or sub-process owner within JD Edwards.

Strong background in manufacturing and production planning processes within JDE.

Experience building and executing a JD Edwards system enhancement roadmap.

Demonstrated ability to create, document, and enforce processes, workflows, and best practices.

Experience training users and driving adoption of JD Edwards across an organization.

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across business and technical teams.
Nice to Have Qualifications

Experience supporting Oil & Gas manufacturing environments.

Exposure to complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.

Prior experience working closely with ERP implementation partners or system integrators.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $200.00 and $140,000
