Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst will manage and validate supplier banking data, ensuring compliance with company standards and supporting data accuracy. Reporting to the Team Lead for Supplier Onboarding and Master Data, this role plays a key part in maintaining secure and accurate supplier records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, prioritize, and process supplier banking modification requests, including data entry and validation in SharePoint.
  • Confirm banking details directly with suppliers via phone and ensure accuracy by matching updates to verified bank information.
  • Manage modification requests, group mailboxes, and voicemails effectively.
  • Update ServiceNow with validated supplier submissions and track request statuses (open, approved, rejected).
  • Follow established control frameworks for maintaining master data records.
  • Generate and maintain reports on request volumes and outcomes.
  • Support banking data validation for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, identifying issues and implementing resolutions.
  • Perform regular audits across ERP systems for banking data updates.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data validation and governance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP, Oracle EBS) for data lookups and validations.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention and data security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Familiarity with procurement and payment systems, including major ERP platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Cloud).
  • Experience with MS Office applications, SharePoint, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
