CIAM Security Engineering: Provide customer security artifacts for the external customers such as Authentication services via various applications.
Project: Maintain on going platform and help in decommissioning of the existing legacy platform and help developing new platform.

Candidate Value Proposition
Person will be in leading Authentication services domain, exposure to on-prem & SAAS platform,
Bank is using leading Authentication companies to leverage the services.
Typical Day in the Role:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert as well as a tech lead to multiple scrum teams
Liaison with bank technical areas to address application, security and network/communication issues and project coordination
Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation, Production handover and post-production support)
Ensure all applicable test cases are aligned with technical requirements, will support the execution of IST and UAT testing in preparation for production releases, maintaining documentation in confluence and JIRA
Onboard several channels using Banks standardized Customer Identity and Access Management (“CIAM”) and Identity solutions
Create documentation including design, operational and support documents
Regularly conveying status to team and management
Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings
Help drive best practices in order to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the business
Strong supporting role to upper managers in developing relationships with the project teams and stakeholders

Production support and escalation during the day as well as off-hours. Considerable effort is placed into determining, developing, and providing sound and rapid judgement to production issues for recommendations on either workaround or resolutions that minimizes unplanned production outages.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Software Engineer with at least 5-7 years of experience of SDLC procedures and standards such as project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover)
- Solid understanding in Hybrid of Waterfall & Agile methodology backed by hands on experience, development techniques and best practices for an enterprise framework.
- Java design and development experience in development and deployment of REST web services, JavaScript, Unix scripting, configuration, and deployment of services to web application servers in Dev / QA / UAT / Prod environments
- Experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (“CIAM”) and Identity solutions.
- Strong experience in Project Management in developing relationships with the project teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, demonstrated from both technical and business perspectives
- Must be keen to learn new technologies on a regular basis
- Skilled in communicating design concept to influence audience for difficult decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills; have vision and innovative approach to computer-based solutions and ability to convey these ideas
- Exceptional planning and analytical skills, ability to focus on the critical issues
- Must be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, make quick and sound decisions under pressure
- Must be reliable, proactive, results-oriented, customer-focused and attentive to details
- Must be able to think out-of-the-box
- Excellent English verbal and written communication is a must
- Must have an expert ability to balance competing or conflicting goals of various departments/stakeholders, requiring a mature, diplomatic approach and well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Working knowledge on SaaS Identity Management solutions
- Authentication Protocols: SAML 2, OIDC, OAuth 2
- Some familiarity with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (Jira, Jenkins, Gradle, Bitbucket, Artifactory etc.)
- Possess well developed leadership ability, as well as coaching and training experiences
- Banking/Financial Services’ working experience would be an asset
- Basic DB administration experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)
Education & Certifications:
- Computer Science / Engineering Degree or equivalent

1st round – Panel interview with HM & SME, QA, Sr M – MS teams – Technical & Behavioral round – 1hr
2nd round – HM & Director – MS teams – 45mins
