Job Title: Technicien en robotique Location: Dorval, Quebec (Onsite)

Responsabilités principales
- Concevoir, implanter et gérer de nouveaux projets d’automatisation et de robotisation;
- Développer de nouveaux programmes robotiques et optimiser les programmes existants;
- Définir les paramètres liés à l’acquisition des équipements robotiques et à leur intégration en production;
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les manuels d’opération et les procédures des équipements automatisés;
- Assurer le suivi et l’analyse continue des indicateurs de performance des cellules robotiques et systèmes automatisés;
- Recommander des plans d’amélioration et des solutions d’optimisation des procédés, dans un environnement Lean manufacturing;
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production et de maintenance pour coordonner l’implantation et l’installation des nouveaux équipements robotiques;
- Adopter une approche d’amélioration continue, tant au niveau des projets que des opérations quotidiennes;
- Développer et mettre à jour les plans et procédures de maintenance des équipements automatisés;
Compétences et expérience requises
- Diplôme en automatisation ou en génie manufacturier / industriel;
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente ou Toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience en gestion et développement de projets en robotique et automatisation;
- Solides connaissances en programmation robotique et PLC (Fanuc, Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Omron);
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et réparer des circuits électriques sur des équipements électromécaniques;
- Connaissance des protocoles de communication en robotique;
- Expérience avec les robots collaboratifs (atout);
- Excellentes habiletés de communication à tous les niveaux;
- Fortes capacités analytiques et de structuration;
- Esprit d’équipe avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et interculturelles;
- Autonomie, proactivité, dynamisme et fortes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes;
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage new automation and robotics projects
- Develop new robotic programs and optimize existing ones
- Define parameters related to the acquisition of robotic equipment and its integration into production
- Write and update operation manuals and procedures for automated equipment
- Monitor and continuously analyze performance indicators of robotic cells and automated systems
- Recommend improvement plans and process optimization solutions in a Lean manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to coordinate the implementation and installation of new robotic equipment
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach for both projects and daily operations
- Develop and update maintenance plans and procedures for automated equipment
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in automation or manufacturing/industrial engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in managing and developing robotics and automation projects
- Strong knowledge of robotic programming and PLCs (Fanuc, Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Omron)
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical circuits on electromechanical equipment
- Knowledge of communication protocols in robotics
- Experience with collaborative robots (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Self-driven, proactive, dynamic, and strong problem-solving abilities
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$55,000 and CA$60,000
