Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TMP (Traffic Management Plan) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) using the Invarion platform, catering to a wide range of projects from small-scale to highly complex initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their project scope and requirements, ensuring that each TMP is tailored to meet specific needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop TMPs: Create detailed and accurate Traffic Management Plans using the Invarion platform, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand project scope, requirements, and objectives, translating these into effective TMPs.
  • Project Scope Management: Assess and interpret project details to develop TMPs that address specific challenges and project conditions.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and revise TMPs to ensure they meet all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of TMPs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of TMPs, client communications, and project details for reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in developing TMPs, preferably using the Invarion or AutoCAD platform.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of traffic management principles, local traffic laws, and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Invarion or similar traffic management software (AutoCAD).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in plan development and documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$65,000 and CA$75,000
