Job Title: Training Specialist – Instructional Design Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

Job Summary
The Training Specialist supports the development, organization, and maintenance of training programs and materials for the change management organization. This role is responsible for managing training documentation, assisting with the creation and update of training content, and supporting the oracle learning hub and learning platforms. The position will also assist in building and maintaining training courses within the company’s Learning Management System to support employee development and key initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain documentation for all training documentation via sharepoint and oracle learning hub.

Assist in developing new training materials and updating existing content, including presentations, training sites, instructional guides, and videos.

Build and maintain training courses using Articulate and the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Organize and maintain training files, documentation, and learning resources to ensure accuracy and consistency across training materials.

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather information and translate processes into effective training materials.

Support ongoing improvements to training programs and resources based on organizational needs and feedback.
Job Qualifications
- 3-10 years experience building training content in Articulate Storyline (or other LMS platforms)
- Experience utilizing SharePoint to publish training, and oracle learning hub to store training
- Experiance facilitating process training and partnering with stakeholders SMEs on continuous training development
- Experiance working in large scale transformation
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $40.00 and $50.00
