Duties:

Leverage HTML/CSS/JS (including React) best practices to improve user experience, website performance and accessibility •
Work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and creative teams to lead QA and e2e testing process before deploying changes to production across key devices, operating systems and browsers •
Drive on-going improvements to performance, quality and accessibility of site by optimizing images and resolving content issues •
Set-up A/B test and personalization campaigns •
Voice feedback and implement process improvements to find efficiencies in content production, QA process, and campaign set-up •
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Produce marketing pages and articles that follow detailed design, copy, tracking and SEO requirements

Overall, 1-3 years of experience will work.

This is a Hybrid role. The CW needs to go onsite for 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday)

Interview Process:

1st round: 30 minutes
2nd round: -45+ minutes

Skills:

Qualifications: •Some experience with HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, React, Javascript, JSON, etc. •
Experience using content management system (example, WordPress) •
Experience in the design, development and deployment of websites •
Familiar with WCAG standards •
Experience using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target etc •
Good understanding of SEO from a content and technical perspective •
Ability to diagnose problems and find creative solutions •
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen •
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques •
Nice to have – experience with tag manager (i.e. Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.)

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$35.00 and CA$45.00
