Job Title: Scheduler III
Location: Raleigh, NC (project site) or Houston, TX office
Estimated Duration: 12 months
Travel Expectations:
The role requires 3–4 days per week onsite support during construction in Raleigh, NC. Occasional travel to local project sites (within 100 km of Chatham) is expected. A valid driver’s license and clean abstract are required. Travel expenses and mileage will be reimbursed.
Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support complex, high-value capital projects exceeding $50MM annually. The ideal candidate brings expertise in project planning, exceptional scheduling skills, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

Provide guidance and scheduling support to project execution teams

Solve complex planning challenges and deliver innovative scheduling solutions

Apply best practices to meet internal and external project objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project milestones and timelines
Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in Engineering (P.Eng or equivalent)

7–10 years of project controls experience, including 2+ years in construction or project fieldwork

Expertise in Primavera P6 required

PMP certification preferred
-
Recognized for high performance in previous roles

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making

Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills

Ability to troubleshoot and implement schedule-related improvements
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $33.00 and $36.00
