Job Summary:

Key responsibilities:
– Develop an an integration layer and apps using an event-based architecture and microservices on GCP;
– Work on GraphQL microservices written in Node, TypeScript or Go deployed with CI/CD using Kubernetes;
– Integrate and aggregate data from various data sources like the POS, inventory system and order management system;
– Attend sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives and present at the demo;
– Contribute to bug resolution and make sure SLAs are met.
To qualify for this role, you must have…
– Comfortable with Typescript, Javascript, Node;
– Experiences in other languages like Java, React, Go, Scala is an asset;
– Experience with GraphQL, Service Mesh, API Gateway and REST APIs;
– Experience with NoSQL and Postgres;
– Experience with Kubernetes and Docker;
– Experience with Stream processing sevices like Kafka and PubSub;
– Experience with Google Cloud Platform;
– Confortable with Event-based architectures and micro-services;
– Experience working in Agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$82.00
