Job Title: IAM Project Manager (SailPoint IdentityNow & Delinea)
Location: Hybrid- 2 days a week in office
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead and oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and Delinea (formerly Thycotic). This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IAM projects from planning through execution, focusing on SailPoint IdentityNow and Delinea implementations

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables

Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality to ensure successful delivery

Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate change management

Provide project status updates and documentation to leadership and relevant teams

Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing IAM projects, with a strong track record of delivery

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and Delinea is essential

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, policies, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is a plus

PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$100.00
