Job Title: Sr BSA (ERP)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: Fulltime
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Business System Analyst to support a multi-phase ERP replacement program aimed at modernizing our enterprise systems across finance / accounting, supply chain, and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Location: This is a Hybrid work position with a heavier balance to remote than on client site. The role requires applicants to be able to travel to Atlanta Georgia for periodic Program Planning and client meetings. This will be front heavy (first 3 months) in the program and will not exceed 10 working days per month. (Travel related costs will be covered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for ERP system replacement
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify system pain points and improvement opportunities
- Process Analysis & Redesign:
- Analyze current-state (“as-is”) business processes and design optimized (“to-be”) workflows aligned with ERP best practices
- Identify gaps between existing processes and future ERP capabilities
- Testing
- Collaborate with Program and Business resources to facilitate the creation and execution of Test Cases to support the implementation of the new ERP system
- Testing will include functional and regression, with some non-functional as well
- Assistance with defect triage and facilitation of issue resolution will also be required
Solution Evaluation:
- Assist with ERP vendor evaluation and selection through requirements traceability, RFP documentation, and fit-gap analysis
- Support configuration, testing, and validation activities during ERP implementation
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and implementation partners
- Communicate project updates, requirements changes, and decision points clearly and effectively
Data & Integration Support:
- Partner with data teams to define data migration and integration requirements
- Support data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes
Change Management & Training:
- Support organizational change initiatives by documenting new processes, preparing user guides, and facilitating training
- Help drive adoption of new ERP processes and tools
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst in enterprise system transformation projects
- 3+ years of experience with both Jira and Confluence
- 1+ years of experience with Zephyr Scale
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Workday
- Solid understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing
- Proven ability to produce clear documentation—process maps, use cases, user stories, data mapping, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience with full ERP lifecycle implementation or large-scale system replacement projects
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks
- ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Specialist, etc.)
- Experience in Floor Plan Financing
- Experience using Visio for process flow creation
- Experience with SQL queries (both T-SQL and PL/SQL)
- Fluent in both English and French

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$100,000 and CA$130,000
