We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics.
• Support senior analysts in designing and implementing predictive models to forecast business outcomes.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all analytics activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Learn and apply best practices in data analysis, programming, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
