We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics.
- Support senior analysts in designing and implementing predictive models to forecast business outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all analytics activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Learn and apply best practices in data analysis, programming, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$44,000 and CA$62,000
