Senior Problem Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Job Summary
The Sr. Problem Management Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth root cause analysis and developing solutions for complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis for complex and high-impact problems
- Develop and implement problem prevention strategies
- Analyze incident trends to identify potential problems
- Mentor junior problem management analysts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes
- Collaborate with other ITSM teams to address systemic issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT problem management
- ITIL certification (at least Foundation level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80,000 and CA$100,000
