Job Overview
We are seeking a Solution Analyst to analyze, design, document, and test system solutions that support Life Insurance business operations. This role requires strong analytical ability, quality assurance experience, and effective use of AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions
- Create and execute test cases; perform functional and regression testing
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and test generation
- Troubleshoot requirement and system issues using structured problem-solving
- Support Agile delivery practices including Scrum and Kanban
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or QA
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with QA methodologies and test management tools
- Agile experience including Scrum and continuous delivery
- Life Insurance industry knowledge (required)
- SQL proficiency (required)
Assets:
- Programming or scripting knowledge
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$90.00
