Job Title: Operations Officer II
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Degree/Level of Education: Required College certification – a Trade Processing related role, preferably experience with cash products (such as Loans, Deposits, Swaps and Forwards
Years of Overall Experience: 3-5 years
How will performance be measured: Deliverables (based on errors)– accuracy
Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: Positive attitude, hard worker, team player, accuracy is key, knowledge of stocks, someone flexible and adjust and support the team members

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Creating letters to send to clients, understand what they are sending out.
Data Entry- copying and pasting in excel
Opening mail- scanning and saving them.
– How much time is being spent in meetings: daily huddles
– Who are they interacting with (internal/external) Some
– Will the contractor have access to any customer data? Yes!

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Strong attention to details
  • Good filing skills – electronic files
  • Strong skills in MS office
  • Strong written communication skills

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Back-office operations experience

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.00 and CA$32.00
