Job Description
We are looking for innovative AI Engineers to join a growing team focused on building customer-facing AI solutions and intelligent AI Agents within an enterprise banking environment. This role will focus on developing and deploying AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and cloud-based AI services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies, has hands-on experience building AI applications, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and AI Agents using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve accuracy and contextual responses
- Integrate OpenAI and cloud AI services into enterprise applications
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop customer-facing AI capabilities
- Build and optimize AI workflows, prompts, and orchestration pipelines
- Support AI model deployment, monitoring, and operationalization (AIOps/RAIOps)
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements
- Contribute to experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI project experience
- Strong programming experience with Python
- Experience working with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents
- OpenAI technologies
- AIOps / RAIOps concepts
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building customer-facing AI applications
- Banking or financial services industry experience preferred
- Experience with Azure AI services and AI Studio
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
- Exposure to MLOps and AI governance practices
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$100.00
