Project Description
This project will transform our corporate facilities into a highly efficient, compliant, and employee-centric environment. By implementing and integrating ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Health and Safety (H&S) modules, we will eliminate disjointed manual processes, reduce operational risks, and optimize real estate utilization on a single cloud platform.
Description
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration, or Health and Safety (H&S), or Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- Strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population.
- Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
Must Haves:

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$91.00 and CA$101.00
