Job Title: ERP Security Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)

Estimated Duration: Fulltime

The ERP Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of security, access controls, and compliance across enterprise ERP platforms, including JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and other ERP applications.

This role ensures segregation of duties (SoD), least-privilege access, regulatory compliance, and secure system operations while supporting business agility across the organization.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:

· Designing, implementing, and maintaining role-based security models across ERP platforms.

· Creating and managing security roles, duties, privileges, and user access aligned with business processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.

· Defining and enforcing segregation of duties controls across ERP platforms.

· Performing SoD risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation in collaboration with business and audit teams.

· Supporting licensing and security implications related to ERP user types.

· Supporting security design during business process transformations and ERP enhancement initiatives.

· Monitoring access logs, security events, and suspicious activity.

· Identifying vulnerabilities related to authentication, authorization, and data exposure.

· Supporting audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.

· Assessing the security impact of ERP changes, enhancements, and integrations.

· Reviewing and approving ERP user access, role design, and privileged access.

· Conducting periodic user access reviews.

· Documenting security standards, findings, and remediation plans for ERP systems.

· Collaborating with IT Security, ERP functional teams, and technical teams to enforce least-privilege access.

· Monitoring and remediating access control violations and policy exceptions.

· Identifying and resolving system issues to support secure and efficient ERP operations.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· 5+ years of experience in ERP security, identity and access management, or application security.

· Experience working with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other enterprise ERP applications.

· Exposure to multi-ERP landscapes is a strong asset.

· Experience working in large enterprise or global environments.

· Experience with segregation of duties tools and access governance processes.

· Knowledge of Azure security concepts for Dynamics 365 environments.

· Knowledge of JD Edwards architecture is considered an asset.

· Experience translating audit and compliance requirements into ERP application security designs.

· Experience supporting internal or external audits.

· Strong understanding of role-based access control, segregation of duties, and ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.

· Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with business users, audit teams, IT Security, ERP functional teams, and technical resources.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$85,000 and CA$105,000
