Job Title: Data Entry Clerk X2
Term: 12 months

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support data preparation, entry, and reporting functions across our ERP systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and requires strong accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data records in Oracle Fusion and IFS ERP systems
- Prepare, clean, and format data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Run standard and ad hoc reports as requested
- Verify entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer data
- Identify and escalate data quality issues or system errors to appropriate personnel
- Organize and archive physical and digital records/documents
- Follow established data entry procedures, formats, and quality standards
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
- Assist with periodic data audits and reconciliation tasks
- Perform other clerical/administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience required
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion and/or IFS ERP strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong data entry speed and accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$32.00 and CA$37.00
