Job Title: Systems Engineer – ServiceNow Implementation & Cloud

Position Overview The Systems Engineer – ServiceNow Implementation & Cloud will be responsible for leading the organization’s ServiceNow implementation while supporting broader infrastructure and cloud initiatives. This role combines ServiceNow platform ownership, systems engineering, cloud technologies, automation, and operational support. The successful candidate will help design, implement, optimize, and support ServiceNow while ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical resource for the ServiceNow implementation and ongoing platform administration.
Work with internal stakeholders and external ServiceNow partners to gather requirements, configure workflows, and deploy solutions.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, service catalogs, requests, approvals, reporting, and automation processes.
Support platform integrations, data migration activities, and process improvements.
Manage ServiceNow platform updates, security, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Develop and improve automation opportunities across service delivery, asset management, procurement, and operational processes.
Support Azure cloud initiatives and broader systems engineering projects as required.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Project Delivery teams to improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical role.
Experience administering, implementing, or supporting ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and workflows.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
Experience with automation, workflow design, and systems integration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a managed services, enterprise IT, or multi-business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow implementation experience
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience with asset management and procurement workflows
Experience migrating from legacy ticketing or service management platforms
Microsoft Azure certifications
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
Previous experience working with consulting partners or enterprise transformation initiatives
