Job Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Looking to stand up a Global Delivery Hub and capacity is required to manage demand file and onboarding for each respective vendor. This position is mainly administrative, but accuracy of data is key. There is a need to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders. There is high volume at times, so ability to manage and prioritize is important. Looking for previous recruitment experience to deal with resumes.

MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

  • IT Recruitment background: 2-4 years
  • Strong administrative background: 2-4 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Outlook and Excel

 
SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, accept the day-to-day responsibilities and being flexible with the tasks assigned.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$38.00 and CA$43.00
