Job Title: Business Analyst III
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 9 Months

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: building organizational framework, provides analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, leverages tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements, track project progress, manage workflows, and facilitate collaboration.

The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to the Partnership Credit Card business line strategic initiatives according to established procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
Provides assistance to team members and may assume a lead role within projects Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners with line of business team members/ resource.
Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as Confluence, Jira and Sharepoint.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years experience required.

MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a BA in banking and financial- required
  • Agile capabilities- JIRA and Confluence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Outlook and Excel

 
SOFT SKILLS:

  • Exceptional communication skills- written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills

 
NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Credit card business experience/Wholesale banking experience
  • Agile certifications 

 

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $51.00 and $59.00
