SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Exam Management, Process Change Implementation, Risk, Issues Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Foreclosure.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Researching GSE audits
- Issue management ( insuring action plan deadline , look backs , remediation)
- Very dynamic and fluid team to support the line of business.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- Mortgage default
- Issue management
- Default investor guideline knowledge
- Excel ( Formulas formatting )
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills at an executive level
- Adjust to change
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Foreclosure
- bankruptcy
- create analysis from data to share with senior executive
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $52.00 and $62.00
