Job Title: Business Analyst V X 11
Location: Eastern time zone (Remote)
Estimated Duration: 3 Months

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Exam Management, Process Change Implementation, Risk, Issues Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Foreclosure.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Researching GSE audits
  • Issue management ( insuring action plan deadline , look backs , remediation)
  • Very dynamic and fluid team to support the line of business.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Mortgage default
  • Issue management
  • Default investor guideline knowledge
  • Excel ( Formulas formatting )

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills at an executive level
  • Adjust to change

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Foreclosure
  • bankruptcy
  • create analysis from data to share with senior executive

 

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $52.00 and $62.00
