Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Meeting w/ partners to understand current state to document requirement for future state
- Hosting meetings to get what they need out of that meeting to support the conversion activities that are needed
- Propose recommendations and solutions – needs to be proactive
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- Document requirements
- Advanced Excel and PP
- Process Mapping
SOFT SKILLS:
- Coachable- someone who can take feedback positively and use that feedback.
- Ability to articulate- crisp and concise is their messaging
- Strong communication skills- ability to communicate with different stakeholders
- Proactive approach

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$65.00 and CA$75.00
