Position Title: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Story Behind the Need
Business Group: Commercial Global Engineering team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Salesforce, who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the Business Banking Salesforce ecosystem.
Project: The team is looking for a Salesforce BSA for new IB initiative

Typical Day in Role
- Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
- Ensure availability of the Salesforce platform and resolve application issues
- Collaborate to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Directing day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits and communicate it throughout the team.
- Create an environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to risk and compliance.
- Creating software for client Commercial Customers and client Employee’s
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 5 + years’ Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
- Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and their functionalities (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)2 + years’ working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX)
- Extensive experience in gathering requirements for Salesforce features and functionality, including integration related work with Salesforce systems
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
- Accredited Salesforce Administrator (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)
Soft Skills
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
- Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
- Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale project
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
