PHASE > DÉFINITION et PLANIFICATION

- Prendre en charge les nouvelles initiatives et organiser la démarche de définition, de planification et de réalisation des travaux
- Assurer la gestion documentaire des biens livrables d’architecture
PHASE ANALYSE ET RÉALISATION
-
- Avoir une longueur d’avance sur l’équipe, planifier les travaux sur base trimestrielle et annuelle (roadmap)
- Comprendre et organiser les travaux dans AzureDevOps et s’assurer que les backlog sont complets. Assurer l’arrimage inter équipe (transversal)
- Être capable de donner les priorités d’équipe et la déclinaison aux membres de l’équipe
- Planifier et suivre les besoins de composants «plateforme» ou autre
- Animer les cérémonies agiles et documenter les indicateurs de gestion
- Comprendre, documenter et remonter les bloquants et solutions en cours à l’aide du concept Lean «Daily Management System». Aider l’équipe à trouver la voie de passage. Si requis, animer et documenter le postmortem
- Préparer et organiser d’avance les redditions mensuelles (ordre du jour, présentations exécutives, compte rendu, registre de risques, registre de décisions)
- Mettre à jour les projections (ressources, efforts, coûts)
- Planifier, comprendre, créer et coordonner les changements. S'assurer de la révision des groupes
- Organiser les mises en production et la révision des groupes d’approbation
- Communiquer les changements, les incidents et les grandes réalisations sous l’angle de la valeur affaires
- Assurer la gestion documentaire des biens livrables de conception et de développement
- Assurer la mise en place de la gouvernance
PHASE EXPLOITATION

- Analyser les incidents et suivre la résolution sur une base hebdomadaire
- Assurer la révision périodique des accès TI
- Organiser, communiquer et suivre les chargements ou les processus d’exploitation
- Assurer la gestion documentaire des biens livrables d’exploitation (opérationnalisation)
- Prendre en charge les audits et certains dossiers transversaux
- Collaborer aux objectifs d’amélioration
Profil recherché :
-
- Expérience minimale de cinq (5) ans à titre de chargé(e) de projets en technologies de l’information
- Leadership avéré, fortes habiletés dans la prise en charge, le respect des engagements et la rigueur
- Faire preuve d’un esprit critique orienté vers les solutions et l’amélioration continue
- Connaissance et expérience dans l’utilisation d’un outil de planification et de suivi
- Capacité de prise en charge rapide des besoins.
- Sens politique et diplomatie
- Habileté dans la reddition de compte et sommaire exécutif

Position: IT Project Manager
Duration: 1 year
Tasks and Required Skills:
PHASE: DEFINITION AND PLANNING

Take charge of new initiatives and organize the definition, planning, and execution approach

Ensure proper documentation management of architectural deliverables
PHASE: ANALYSIS AND EXECUTION
-
Stay ahead of the team by planning work on a quarterly and annual basis (roadmap)
-
Understand and organize tasks in Azure DevOps and ensure that the backlog is complete. Ensure cross-team alignment
-
Be able to set team priorities and break them down for team members
-
Plan and track component needs (platform or others)
-
Lead Agile ceremonies and document management indicators
-
Understand, document, and escalate blockers and ongoing solutions using the Lean concept of “Daily Management System”. Help the team find a path forward. If necessary, lead and document the postmortem

Prepare and organize monthly reports in advance (agenda, executive presentations, minutes, risk register, decision register)

Update projections (resources, effort, costs)

Plan, understand, create, and coordinate changes. Ensure review by relevant groups

Organize production releases and review approval groups

Communicate changes, incidents, and major accomplishments from a business value perspective

Ensure documentation management of design and development deliverables

Implement governance
PHASE: OPERATIONS

Analyze incidents and track resolution on a weekly basis

Conduct periodic reviews of IT access

Organize, communicate, and monitor data loads or operational processes

Ensure documentation management of operational deliverables (operationalization)

Lead audits and some cross-functional files

Collaborate on improvement objectives
Desired Profile:

Minimum five (5) years of experience as an IT Project Manager

Proven leadership, strong skills in ownership, commitment, and attention to detail

Demonstrates a solution-oriented critical mindset and focus on continuous improvement

Knowledge and experience using project planning and tracking tools

Ability to quickly understand and take charge of needs

Political acumen and diplomacy

Strong reporting and executive summary skills

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75.00 and CA$95.00
