Job Title: HR People and Analytics Lead
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 9 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR data analytics function with a strong focus on business alignment and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Define, design, and implement dashboards and KPIs to monitor HR and organizational performance.
- Identify business patterns and trends to guide workforce planning, talent management, and operational strategy.
- Serve as a key liaison between the HR department and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of analytics tools and platforms.
- Provide strategic recommendations for achieving predictive analytics capabilities, including modeling future HR and business outcomes.
- Leverage HR and transportation-related datasets to uncover opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning.
- Educate and influence key stakeholders on the value and application of data analytics in HR decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR data and business partnership.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, business operations, and how they translate into measurable KPIs.
- Proven experience in designing dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the transportation or logistics sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$90.00
