Description:
Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Specialist to design, deploy, and manage cloud contact center solutions on Amazon Connect. You’ll own end-to-end configuration, integration, and administration, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences across multiple channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and launch Amazon Connect solutions (IVR, routing, queues, agent profiles) in an omni-channel environment
  • Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices and artifacts specific to Amazon Connect implementations
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow), AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway), databases, and backend systems
  • Architect scalable, resilient omnichannel contact centers leveraging Amazon Connect, Lex, Pinpoint, and related AWS services
  • Implement testing strategies and scripts to validate reliability, performance, and quality
  • Design disaster recovery and resilience mechanisms; ensure security and compliance
  • Enable CTI integrations and custom extensions using AWS SDKs/APIs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks; deliver training for users and admins
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers, translating business needs into technical solutions

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect configuration and administration
  • Proficiency across Amazon Connect components: Omni-channel flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Contact Lens, Amazon QuickSuite, Amazon Q for Connect, Agent Workspace, Customer Profiles, and Cases
  • Strong IVR design and skills-based routing knowledge; best practices for routing and flows
  • Experience integrating AWS AI services (Amazon Lex, Polly) into customer journeys
  • Serverless development skills: AWS Lambda, API Gateway; scripting in Node.js or Python for Lambda
  • End-to-end omnichannel architecture experience using Amazon Connect and AWS services
  • Test automation and performance validation experience
  • Disaster recovery and scalable architecture design experience

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$54.00 and CA$64.00
