Job Title: IT – Product Manager III
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 9 Months
Summary: The main function of a product manager is to define, prioritize, and drive the vision and roadmap for partnership credit card products. A typical product manager is responsible for gathering user insights and customer journeys, feature feasibility, and aligning product outcomes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and business requirements.
- Define product features, prioritize backlogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Oversee the product from ideation through Discovery.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Agile and Scrum methodology proficiency.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello).
- User experience and customer feedback analysis.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5-7 years experience
MUST HAVE Hard Skills:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience- Banking/Financia is required
- Agile capabilities- JIRA and Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Outlook and Excel
SOFT SKILLS:
- Exceptional communication skills- written and verbal
- Decision making skills
- Presentation skills- ability to present to leaders
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Financial planning- Cost benefit analysis
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $67.00 and $78.00
