Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Microsoft technology stack (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Champion the adoption of new Microsoft innovations such as Copilot, Loop, Viva, and emerging collaboration tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into modern digital workplace solutions.
- Act as a thought leader and innovation advocate, providing demos, workshops, and roadmaps that inspire client confidence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft’s product roadmap to proactively bring fresh ideas and innovation opportunities to clients.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices, integration approaches, and solution delivery.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem: M365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure, and Teams/SharePoint development.
- Proven track record of advising and inspiring clients to adopt new Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of emerging Microsoft products: Copilot, Loop, Viva, Syntex, and AI-driven features.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills — ability to influence C-level executives as well as technical teams.
- Experience designing modern digital workplace or collaboration solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business value.
Nice-to-Have:
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate).
- Previous experience in consulting, pre-sales engineering, or innovation evangelism.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$120,000 and CA$130,000
