Job Title: Organizational Change Manager – Source to Pay
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Estimated Duration: 24 Months
Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Execute the S2P change approach across multiple transformation waves, leveraging existing plans, tools, and lessons learned while tailoring execution to the needs and readiness of each business unit or region.
- Partner closely with the S2P Global Process Owner to increase visibility and engagement around sourcing execution, supplier and contract optimization, category management, and emerging digital capabilities (including AI-enabled tools such as a Procurement Command Center AI Agent).
- Lead S2P-related communications across business and functional networks: develop and deliver clear updates, timelines, expectations, success stories, and FAQs using channels such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, email, and town halls.
- Support category management rollout: help design and communicate how category management will work across the enterprise; connect messaging across procurement, engineering, and other stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and integrated story.
- Leverage data and AI tools (including large language models) to self-serve context, analyze stakeholder feedback, and quickly generate or refine change and communication materials without heavy guidance.
- Monitor adoption and readiness for each wave: identify risks, resistance, and confusion; recommend and execute targeted interventions to improve understanding, engagement, and sustained behavior change.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution
- Proven track record executing structured change approaches across multiple waves or business units (communications, training, engagement, reinforcement).
- Comfortable adapting core change plans to different levels of readiness, maturity, and local context while preserving overall program direction.
