What You’ll Do

The Analyst, Paid Search will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting and analytics, and coordinating other paid search campaign-specific tasks as required.
 

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid search, shop and Performance MAX (PMAX) campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and achieve target KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI without overspending.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the paid search landscape.

What You Bring
 

  • College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of paid search experience from either agency or client side
  • Expertise in executing campaigns in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to transform data to business insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Experience in Google Merchant Centre Is an asset

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$53,000 and CA$73,000
