Power BI Developer – Data & Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. This role is responsible for transforming complex, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, with strong data modeling skills and the ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that deliver measurable business value.

  • Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations, ensuring scalability, usability, and performance optimization.

  • Develop and manage robust data models with Power BI and Power Query, applying advanced DAX for KPIs, measures, and calculated columns.

  • Perform data cleansing and transformation across complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, gather requirements, and iterate on dashboard solutions.

  • Integrate data from Databricks, SQL databases, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate.

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, documentation, and version control best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Databricks and large-scale relational databases/data lakes.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and SharePoint integration.

  • Proven success in KPI/metric development and performance tracking.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Oracle EBS preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Python for data manipulation, automation, or integration within BI solutions.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance and automation best practices.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $65.00 and $70.00
