Job Summary (Primary purpose of this Role):
The Product Manager, Rewards Strategy & Partnership will own the end-to-end rewards strategy and complete rewards cycle to execution. This role will also lead integration efforts for the broader ecosystem of connections that enable our Get Care & Member Experience Strategy, including  Single Sign-On (SSO) for customers and integrations with 3rd-party care vendors.

Essential Responsibilities: (Allocate the percent of total working time spending on each accountability, which should add up to 100%)
Individual Responsibilities:

  • Rewards Strategy & Lifecycle Execution (40%): Own the Rewards budget & direct the end-to-end rewards strategy, defining overall business strategy for rewards, OKRs, and how this translates into what members are rewarded for. This also includes defining the personalization strategy, and reward value, across the full rewards lifecycle from design and scoping through launch, measurement, iteration, and retirement. Translate strategy into execution in close partnership with internal teams, and external third party vendors
  • Ecosystem Integrations (20%): Lead delivery of the integrations that connect our platform to the broader care ecosystem, encompassing SSO for customers as well as integrations with 3rd-party care vendors as part of our Get Care strategy.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Rewards & Integration Roadmap Planning and Prioritization (20%): Co-lead prioritization of the roadmap spanning rewards initiatives and ecosystem integrations
  • Integration Pattern Development (20%): Govern the ongoing development and refinement of integration patterns (SAML 2.0, OIDC, and other IdP protocols) that underpin both customer SSO and care vendor connectivity, enabling consistent, secure, and repeatable delivery across the ecosystem.

 Job Requirements:

  • Direct end-to-end rewards strategy: including managing the points budget, defining what members are rewarded for, determining eligibility criteria, and reward value, balancing member value, cost, and business outcomes, and then then carrying hat strategy through to execution.
  • Own the full rewards lifecycle: Scope, design, launch, measure, and iterate reward programs, ensuring alignment across Product, third party cendors, Marketing, Finance, and Operations at every stage of the lifecycle
  • Lead ecosystem integration delivery: Own the roadmap and delivery of integrations spanning customer-facing inbound SSO and 3rd-party care vendor connectivity, ensuring each integration advances the Get Care strategy and is delivered to a consistent standard of quality.
  • Drive SSO and identity federation across the ecosystem: Play a leading role in inbound SSO for customers as well as integrations with 3rd-party care vendors, applying SAML 2.0 and other IdP technologies (e.g., OIDC), in partnership with Security and Architecture, to ensure reliable and compliant connectivity.
  • Define integration and rewards architecture patterns: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data to establish reusable patterns for SSO, identity federation, and reward fulfillment, applied consistently across customers and care vendors alike.
  • Translate strategy into delivery plans: Develop clear execution plans across internal teams and third party vendors, encompassing milestones, dependencies, ownership, and risk and issue management, spanning both rewards and ecosystem integration workstreams
  • Champion measurable outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators (e.g., reward redemption and engagement, cost per rewarded outcome, integration adoption, SSO reliability and uptime, care vendor connectivity performance, member satisfaction), leveraging data to continuously refine rewards strategy and integration performance.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable integrations: Partner with Security, Architecture, and Legal to ensure integration patterns meet enterprise compliance and security standards (e.g., SAML assertions, encryption, session management, data handling) across both customer and care vendor connectivity.
  • Synthesize complex rewards and technical topics for leadership: Distill rewards strategy trade-offs and SSO and integration technical nuance into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.                  

Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in Digital Product Management, encompassing rewards or loyalty strategy and identity or SSO integration expertise.
  • Education: University Degree in Business, Technical, or a Quantitative Field. A Master's degree, or business-oriented education, is a strong asset when paired with a technical background.
  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and delivering clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Complexity Simplification: Distinguished ability to translate complex rewards, technical, and integration considerations into accessible, business-relevant narratives.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with senior business leaders, internal technology partners, and externa vendors' technical and product teams.
  • Execution Under Pressure: Ability to operate effectively under pressure, manage multiple competing priorities across rewards and integration workstreams, and adapt to evolving demands.
  • Vendor management: Experiencing managing and working with third party vendors an asset. Ensure third party vendors who we workw ith on Rewards lifecycle execution deliver on time and with high quality.
  • 0 to 1 to n Track Record: Track record of establishing new rewards programs or integrations (0 to 1) and scaling them across the member base (1 to n).
  • Ownership & Accountability: High degree of self-motivation, ownership, and accountability for rewards and integration outcomes rather than activity.
  • Financial Acumen: Highly developed financial and commercial acumen, including rewards budget and cost modeling, return on investment analysis, and ongoing value tracking.
  • SSO & Identity Integration Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAML 2.0, OIDC, and other IdP or SSO technologies, with demonstrated experience applying them across both customer-facing and care vendor-facing integrations. Core to this role rather than a supplementary asset.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$64.00 and CA$71.00
