Position Title: Developer – Emerging technologies (Big Data, Mobile, Cloud, RPA)

Project: The team is looking for a Salesforce Developer for new IB initiative to support the new project as it is early in it’s lifecycle

Typical Day in Role
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
- Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
- Reading and writing SQL Queries
- Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 5 + years’ Salesforce Development experience with a Minimum 1 Recent project with a Financial Services Cloud environment
- Previous Financial services experience is critical – large insurance, tertiary bank should be fine – but Telcos/marketing cloud it’s not what the team is looking for
- 2 + years’ working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – Credit package on top of salesforce – looking for some experience here
- Knowledge of Oracle Storage Procedures
- English/Spanish Speaker

- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
- Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
- Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale project
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
- Relevant Salesforce accreditations (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Salesforce App Builder)
- Financial Services Cloud certification
