1. Senior-Level Geotechnical Experience

  • 10+ years (BS) or 5+ years (MS) in geotechnical engineering
    Licensed PE or able to obtain reciprocity in 6 months

  • Industrial or heavy civil project background

  • Experience serving as responsible engineer or technical lead

2. Deep Foundation & Slope Stability Expertise

  • Drilled shafts, driven piles, auger cast piles, foundation systems

  • Slope stability analysis

  • Strong soil mechanics knowledge

The Role

We are hiring Senior Geotechnical Engineers to support growing industrial and heavy civil project demands across Texas and Louisiana. This role is responsible for leading complex geotechnical investigations, advanced foundation analysis, slope stability evaluations, and delivering high-quality technical reports in industrial environments.

You will manage project scopes, support proposals, coordinate field operations, perform engineering analysis, and interface directly with clients and senior leadership. This is a senior-level role with strong technical autonomy and leadership influence.

Remote flexibility is available, but candidates must be able to travel to office locations and job sites as needed. Field-to-office split is approximately 20/80 at the senior level.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $110,000 and $160,000
