Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects in the Austin market. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with 10–15 years of commercial construction experience, a strong background in design-build delivery, and deep ties to the local subcontractor community.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee full lifecycle of multifamily projects ($10M–$100M+), from preconstruction to turnover.

Lead cross-functional teams and manage all project milestones, including budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships.

Collaborate with developers, owners, and design teams to align project goals and delivery strategy.

Negotiate contracts, resolve on-site issues, and manage vendor performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:

10–15 years of experience in multifamily construction, with at least 5 years at the Senior PM level

Extensive experience with wood-frame construction and Austin market subcontractors

Proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6, and Procore

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:

Experience with design-build delivery

Knowledge of BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, and OST

Estimating background or familiarity with conceptual budgeting

Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills
