The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics initiatives within a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role combines Agile leadership, delivery management, and technical awareness to enable high-performing cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage priorities, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure sprint goals are achieved.
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks impacting team performance.
  • Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, predictability, and self-organization.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, multi-agent systems, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Product, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams to deliver business value.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while mentoring team members and driving accountability for delivery outcomes.

 
Qualifications:
 

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar Agile leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience supporting software, data, analytics, or AI-focused delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI environments is considered an asset.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$65.00 and CA$85.00
