Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to help employees fix PC, application, network, and printer-related issues
  • Collaborate with our provincial partners to provide database reporting and in-house developed applications
  • Use IT Service Management tools for logging, escalating, following up on, and closing incident and request tickets
  • Perform PC hardware and software deployment, upgrades, and removals
  • Help keep our procedures and documentation up to date
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a computer-related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Experience with Image Management and Deployment for new devices
  • Expertise in migrating Windows 10 to Windows 11 and Autopilot enrollment for existing devices
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • Expertise in setting up Windows 11 Security features, including Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business
  • Expertise in executing pre-migration backups to prevent data loss using OneDrive
  • Ability to plan and execute a staged migration to minimize user disruption.
  • Track hardware status from inventory to deployment to disposing of legacy hardware.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$30.00 and CA$30.00
