Job Title: Solution Analyst (Life Edge Digital Delivery)

Job Overview
The Solution Analyst (Intermediate or Senior) will join the Life Edge Digital Delivery team and contribute by designing, documenting, testing, and supporting system solutions that align with stakeholder requirements. The role operates within an Agile Scrum environment and will be heavily focused on testing during project delivery, followed by BAU and continuous delivery support post go-live.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and document business and system requirements
- Lead requirement gathering sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure software quality
- Provide technical and business support to Developers and Analysts
- Create test strategies, plans, and cases
- Coordinate project planning and resource allocation
- Estimate and track work progress
- Lead process improvements
- Communicate system solutions in business and technical language
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years Systems or Business Analysis experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- SQL proficiency (query writing, debugging, optimization)
- Experience with JSON/XML and API integrations
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership capabilities
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Delivery) experience
Preferred / Assets:
- Data modeling & relational database knowledge
- Programming exposure (Python, JavaScript)
- Jira, Confluence, Splunk
- Insurance industry experience
- Interest in AI/ML applications
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$95.00
